This hotel was really centrally positioned and the staff in the reception were there at all the time. The beds were comfy and the other guests have been normally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air-con was on and off, maybe my mistake using it. Very nice hotel and good location. Surely will advise Best Western PLUS Hotel Windsor!
